3. Start your home search…most home buyers begin looking online at homes in desired neighborhoods. The fun begins when you start previewing and select a home to purchase!
4. Make an offer…your Realtor will advise and counsel you thru this process making sure to use current market data to assist you in this very important step.
5. Once all parties have agreed to terms, it is advisable to hire an inspector to inspect the home…it is extremely important to be knowledgeable and comfortable with all aspects of the property. An inspector will check all systems of the home apprising you of condition. This is a critical step in a successful home purchase.
6. A typical inspection will include, but is not limited to the following…Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing.
